Job Description
HR Expert is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Consultant Family Medicine to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention and wellness. You will actively engage in patient education and help improve community health outcomes through effective treatment plans and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients. Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in patients of various backgrounds. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop tailored treatment plans. Educate patients on lifestyle changes and preventive measures. Record comprehensive and accurate patient histories and information. Stay informed about latest medical advancements and best practices in family medicine. Participate in health outreach programs and community wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
Medical degree with a valid medical license. Board certification in Family Medicine. Strong understanding of patient care protocols and best practices in preventive health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Dedication to patient education and improving health outcomes.
