Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat complex ENT conditions with subspecialty focus on trauma and head and neck surgery
• Perform emergency and elective procedures including tracheostomies, repair of penetrating neck injuries, and surgical management of facial trauma
• Provide comprehensive perioperative assessment and postoperative management ensuring optimal patient safety
• Lead emergency response for ENT-related trauma cases and airway emergencies
• Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical governance meetings
• Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, recovery plans, and long-term outcomes
• Contribute to departmental audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education
• Mentor junior physicians and support academic research within the department

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree with completed fellowship or subspecialty training in ENT or Otolaryngology
• Board certification in ENT Surgery from a recognized authority
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma surgery, head and neck reconstruction, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered beneficial
• DHA eligibility or licensure preferred
