Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT-related conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on medical history and comprehensive evaluations
• Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and related procedures
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment to deliver high-standard patient care
• Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure accurate diagnosis and coordinated treatment
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior medical staff including residents and interns
• Participate in ongoing professional development, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on medical advancements
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional requirements
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure clinical environment

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant ENT
• Fluent in Arabic preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Excellent clinical judgment with strong problem-solving skills
• Western education or training required
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
