Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join its expanding healthcare network in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat disorders, performing advanced surgical procedures, and leading a multidisciplinary team in delivering top-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients with ENT conditions.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and other advanced ENT operations.
• Utilize modern diagnostic and surgical technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with radiologists, audiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior medical staff, residents, and interns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in ENT medicine through CME participation and research.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, infection control, and ethical medical practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records as per UAE healthcare regulations.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
• Minimum 5 years of post-consultant experience in ENT surgery and clinical management.
• Western-trained or educated candidates preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
