Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a full range of endocrine disorders with a primary focus on thyroid cancer management
• Conduct clinical evaluations, interpret imaging, and oversee biopsy and fine-needle aspiration results
• Collaborate with oncology, surgical, nuclear medicine, and radiology departments for integrated patient care
• Manage thyroid cancer patients throughout all stages, from diagnosis to postoperative and long-term follow-up care
• Deliver outpatient consultations and inpatient care as required
• Participate in clinical audits, academic programs, and departmental research
• Mentor residents and junior doctors, promoting continued medical education and development
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and institutional standards of care

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution
• Specialist training and board certification in Endocrinology (MRCP, FRCP, ABIM, EBE, or equivalent)
• Fellowship or advanced training in Thyroid Cancer or Endocrine Oncology preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialist clinical experience with strong thyroid cancer case exposure
• DHA eligibility or active Consultant Endocrinologist license in Dubai
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
