Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a highly experienced, Arabic-speaking Consultant Endocrinologist for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a full spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders, delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic diseases including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal, and pituitary disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
• Conduct specialized endocrine procedures and interpret hormonal assays and diagnostic imaging.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, cardiology, and nutrition.
• Deliver culturally sensitive consultations in Arabic and English to diverse patient groups.
• Contribute to quality improvement programs, medical education, and research initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations and hospital protocols for patient safety and care standards.

Ideal Profile

• MD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• American Board Certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism (or equivalent).
• DHA eligibility or current license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of post-board clinical experience in a tertiary hospital or specialty clinic.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent diagnostic judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Skills Set
