Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Endocrinologist for a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The role focuses on comprehensive endocrine care, with specialization in thyroid cancer diagnosis and management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with oncology and surgical teams, providing expert treatment and leadership in complex thyroid and endocrine cases to deliver world-class patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, manage, and treat a broad range of endocrine disorders, with primary focus on thyroid cancer.
• Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and interpret imaging and biopsy results for accurate diagnosis.
• Collaborate with oncology, radiology, surgery, and nuclear medicine teams to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.
• Manage patients through all stages of thyroid cancer, from diagnosis and treatment to long-term follow-up.
• Provide expert outpatient consultations and inpatient endocrine care when required.
• Contribute to research, clinical audits, and departmental academic activities.
• Mentor junior medical staff and participate in professional development programs.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with recognized specialist qualification in Endocrinology.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Thyroid Cancer or Endocrine Oncology preferred.
• Board Certification (MRCP/FRCP/ABIM/EBE or equivalent).
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-specialization clinical experience with a focus on thyroid and endocrine oncology.
• DHA eligibility or licensure as Consultant Endocrinologist.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and compassionate, patient-centered care.
