The Role: Real Estate with Impact

As a

female Property Consultant

, you will represent Schazda's high standards in client service and property expertise. Your ability to command attention, build rapport, and guide clients with professionalism will be key to your success.

Responsibilities Include:

Engaging with high-net-worth clients and investors Managing the full property sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, property tours, negotiation, and closing Delivering engaging and insightful presentations of high-end properties Providing clients with guidance on market conditions and investment value Working closely with the CRM, marketing, and admin teams to support your conversion efforts Staying informed about the latest real estate trends and market shifts
Who We're Looking For:

We are specifically seeking

female candidates

who embody confidence, elegance, and communication finesse--whether from a real estate background or another people-facing profession.

Preferred Profiles:

Background in modeling, luxury hospitality, client relations, or high-end retail Exceptional communication, presentation, and personal grooming standards Strong sense of style, social confidence, and emotional intelligence Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Sales experience is preferred (minimum 2 years), but not mandatory for the right candidate

Additional Requirements:

Based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE Full-time availability and commitment to an office-based role Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Presentable, punctual, and poised under pressure
