Job Description

The designer is expected to ensure that all elements of the online-user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness and exceptional visual design, the resource is expected to design ideas using various methods and the latest technology for designing graphic user interface elements throughout our projects. Ability to understand business goals and objectives, and adhere to them in the designs (create UI prototypes/mockups for new product ideas). Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe range of design products including Adobe XD Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge of usability factors in HCI (Human Computer Interaction). General applicable skills

Proven experience in related functional areas
Excellent communication skills including technical writing skills
Strong stakeholders management skills
Strong knowledge of process documentation and systems engineering concepts
Experience in collaborating effectively with various hierarchy levels across the organization
Ability to handle tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to understand and grasp the 'bigger picture
High degree of customer sensitivity/ acumen
Must be able to work independently and provide quality output
Excellent accounting and reconciliation skills (specific roles)
Ability to work in 24/7 shift roaster (for specific roles)
