Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatological conditions for patients of all age groups
• Perform advanced dermatologic procedures including laser treatments, cryotherapy, and minor surgical interventions
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services in line with patient needs and organizational guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in clinical governance, departmental audits, CME activities, and professional development
• Train, guide, and mentor junior medical staff

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology
• Board certification or equivalent credentials in Dermatology
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience as a Consultant Dermatologist
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-engagement skills
• Experience working within GCC healthcare environments is an advantage
