i Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Pathologist to join our hospitalaEUR(TM)s Laboratory Medicine department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee diagnostic testing and interpretation across hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and interpret laboratory diagnostics including blood, tissue, and fluid analysis - Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 15189) - Consult with clinicians to support diagnosis and treatment decisions - Maintain quality assurance protocols and laboratory safety procedures - Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives - Stay current with advancements in clinical pathology and laboratory technologies

Requirements - Medical degree (MBBS) with MD or equivalent in Clinical Pathology - Valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE - Minimum 3-5 years of laboratory experience, preferably in hospital settings - Strong knowledge of ISO 15189 standards - Fluency in Arabic is preferred - Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills
