We are looking for a Temporary Consulting Chef to oversee kitchen operations and develop the menu. The role requires creativity, leadership, and ensuring food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the menu with new Italian dishes
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
Train and mentor the kitchen team
Improve workflows and maintain hygiene standards
Collaborate with management on culinary strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Consulting or Executive Chef in Italian cuisine
Expertise in pizza and pasta
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi for a temporary contract
Creativity and passion for exceptional dining experiences
