Responsibilities: * Perform complex cardiothoracic surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve replacements.

• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations for patients.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patients' post-operative recovery and manage any complications that may arise.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior surgical staff and medical students.
• Conduct research and contribute to publications in the field of cardiothoracic surgery.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate: * Board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
