Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a Consultant Breast and Endocrine Surgeon for a prestigious hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be based in Dubai for initial processing and deployment coordination, with placement in Jeddah upon selection. The role involves delivering advanced breast and endocrine surgical care, managing complex oncologic cases, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to academic and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized surgical procedures for breast and endocrine diseases including thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and breast malignancies.
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic surgeries such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, and minimally invasive endocrine operations.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services ensuring the highest clinical standards.
• Supervise and mentor fellows, residents, and junior physicians in surgical practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case review meetings.
• Engage in research, publications, and quality improvement programs within the department.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) regulations.
• Contribute to department administration and committee activities as needed.

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Fellowship and board certification in Breast and Endocrine Surgery (Saudi, Arab, American, Canadian, or European Board).
• Valid Consultant classification with SCFHS.
• Minimum 3-5 years post-fellowship experience in specialized surgical care.
• Demonstrated expertise in oncologic and endocrine surgical techniques.
• Excellent leadership, teaching, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
