The individual must be comfortable supervising or running their own cases, and also be willing to take a leadership role in facilitating patient care. Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Uphold the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s guiding principle of providing superior medical care and education \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee aesthetic procedures to ensure they are in line with best practices, and continue to assess risk throughout procedures \xe2\x97\x8f Exercise fair and ethical medical judgment \xe2\x97\x8f Adhere to medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations \xe2\x97\x8f Provide anesthesiology and pain management services to patients as directed or required \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with patients and families throughout the entire surgical process, including preparation, surgery, and recovery \xe2\x97\x8f Mentor medical students and residents on various procedures as warranted \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain comprehensive records of medical procedures and patient care Job Skills & Qualifications Required: \xe2\x97\x8f Doctor of Medicine qualification \xe2\x97\x8f Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of anesthesiology \xe2\x97\x8f Board certified to practice anesthesiology and completion of 5 years residency \xe2\x97\x8f Valid country license to practice \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty Preferred Qualification: \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to work on a team to accomplish a greater goal Salary: AED65,000.00 - AED75,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
