As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients and will have to assume following responsibilities (but not limited to):

• business processes diagnostic, mapping & reengineering
• functional specifications definition
• change management
• performance management (KPI) design & implementation
• intelligent data analysis & structuring
• benchmarks
• people interviews
• workshop animation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working at a top tier Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting firm
• Excellent in both Arabic and English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Outstanding team player, proactive & good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Entrepreneurial and team spirit, results-driven attitude, and dynamic work aptitude
• Strong academic background (Economics, Business, or Engineering field) from a top university, Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is preferred
• Ready to travel on a regular basis within the Middle-East
