- Degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or mathematics \xe2\x80\x93 desirable.
- Ideally at least 5 years varied experience in a logistics or solution design role
- Able to demonstrate successfully implemented solutions
- Track record in managing supply chain design projects
- Commercial awareness and understanding of key cost drivers within the supply chain environment
- A excellent degree of computer literacy in regards to Excel & other MS office programs
- An advanced level of English
- Logistics transport strategy (or other supply chain areas depending on the project scope & requirements)
- Supply chain baseline analysis & re enginering / modelling optimal Transportation networks (including centre of gravity studies).
- Supply chain optimisation value identification quantified & outlined in levers (E2E)
- Supply chain process mapping and re-engineering
- Supply chain LLP organisation design
- Sustainable supply chain development (e.g. carbon footprint and multi-modal optimization)
- Support overall Business case development & Transition activities to Operations
