We are looking for a skilled

Construction Supervisor

from

Interior or Landscaping background

to oversee and manage a range of projects, including interior construction, pool installations, and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to lead diverse teams. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily activities of construction teams on interior, pool, and landscape projects. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Review blueprints and plans, providing input and recommendations for improvements or adjustments. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines. Manage and inspect the quality of work from subcontractors and in-house staff. Maintain accurate records of project timelines, material costs, labor hours, and other necessary documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications. Resolve issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively, minimizing project disruptions. Provide leadership and training to team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, specifically managing interior, pool, or landscape projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. In-depth understanding of safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field preferred.
