. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with approved specifications and quality standards.
This role requires a practical leader who can manage multiple workstreams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across
interior works, swimming pool installations, and landscaping projects
.
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower deployment, material usage, and site productivity.
Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, compliance, and progress.
Identify construction issues early and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure strict compliance with
HSE requirements
, local authority regulations, and building codes.
Review drawings and site conditions, providing technical input and practical recommendations when required.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed as per agreed scope and standards.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material logs, labor records, and progress updates.
Resolve site-related issues promptly while minimizing disruption to overall project delivery.
Lead, guide, and motivate site teams to maintain productivity, discipline, and collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a
Construction Supervisor
, preferably in
interior fit-out, landscaping, and/or pool construction projects
.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and industry best practices.
Ability to read, interpret, and execute works based on
construction drawings and technical specifications
.
Sound knowledge of
UAE safety regulations, building codes, and authority requirements
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and basic project reporting tools.
Diploma or equivalent qualification
in construction or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
