to oversee and coordinate construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time within the contracting industry.Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Foreman
in construction projects Strong knowledge ofcivil construction practices
and site management Experience inUAE contracting projects
is preferred Ability to supervise and motivate a team of workers Strong communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers Maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies Prepare reports on progress and issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
