About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Maintain site progress records and regular site reports
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and resources
Monitor site safety and enforce company policies and regulations
Identify and resolve site issues and potential delays
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong understanding of construction methods, site procedures, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
