Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.



Supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring work quality and productivity.



Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of work.



Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.



Coordinate material and equipment delivery, ensuring timely availability for various construction phases.



Maintain detailed daily logs of site progress, including manpower, equipment, and challenges encountered.



Act as the primary point of contact on-site, addressing immediate issues and coordinating with project managers.



Implement corrective actions to resolve construction deficiencies and maintain project momentum.



Train and mentor junior staff and laborers on proper construction techniques and safety protocols.



Facilitate effective communication between workers, subcontractors, and the project management team.

Job Profile

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction site supervision.



Demonstrated experience successfully managing diverse construction projects from start to finish.



Proven ability to read, interpret, and implement complex architectural and engineering drawings.



Extensive experience in enforcing strict construction site safety regulations and best practices.



Hands-on experience coordinating multiple trade activities and managing subcontractor schedules.
