The candidates should have an Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction activities such as foundations, piling, concrete works, structural installations, and subsea infrastructure
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, subcontractors, and offshore crews
Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow across interfaces
Implement QA/QC procedures for civil works, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
Track construction progress against project timelines and milestones.
Enforce offshore HSE protocols and participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks
Provide input during design phase to enhance constructability and reduce offshore execution risks
Review civil drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with site conditions
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet construction targets
Maintain detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and deviations
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management and client review
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
12-15 years in oil & gas construction, with 5+ years offshore
Strong knowledge of API, ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO, and offshore codes (e.g., DNV, NORSOK)
AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Primavera, and construction databases
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
