Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and UAE safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure timely completion of works. Oversee construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Monitor progress against the project schedule and report delays or challenges to the Project Manager. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Conduct daily inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with UAE building codes and municipality regulations. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on site. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related technical issues. Verify material deliveries and ensure proper usage as per project requirements. Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment usage. Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

3-6 years of supervisory experience

in building construction projects. Strong background in

site supervision, civil/structural works, finishing, and coordination

. Knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills for coordination with engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
