Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Construction Supervisor

to oversee Oil & Gas project execution in the UAE. The successful candidate must hold a

Bachelor of Engineering

, be

certified and registered with the UAE Society of Engineers

, and have solid experience supervising

onshore/offshore construction activities

in compliance with

ADNOC specifications and HSE standards

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction operations at site, ensuring all activities comply with engineering drawings, project specifications, and ADNOC standards. Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities, workforce, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth and timely execution. Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and raise Inspection Requests (IRs) in coordination with QA/QC teams. Enforce strict HSE compliance at all stages of construction and actively participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety meetings. Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the engineering team and escalate unresolved matters to the Construction Manager. Prepare daily progress reports, work permits, and site documentation as per ADNOC procedures. Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors during walkthroughs, approvals, and audits. Support the completion of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Pre-Commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Civil, Mechanical, or relevant discipline).

Certified and Registered with the UAE Society of Engineers

. Minimum

5-10 years

of relevant experience in

Oil & Gas construction projects in the UAE

. Experience working with

ADNOC Group Companies

(e.g., ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Gas) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, PTW systems, and ADNOC HSE codes.

Certifications (Preferred):

ADNOC PTW Holder Certification

(Onshore / Offshore)

H2S / BOSIET / HUET

(mandatory for offshore roles)

NEBOSH / IOSH

(added advantage) Familiarity with ASME, API, ISO, and international welding & construction codes

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
