Chillco Building Contracting Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Asset Control Manager to fully manage warehouse operations, inventory systems, asset control, and item codification for construction materials, tools, equipment, and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management
1.1 Full management of warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and returns.
1.2 Enforcement of warehouse discipline, safety standards, and operational procedures.
1.3 Supervision and management of warehouse staff.
2. Inventory & ERP Systems
2.1 Implementation, operation, and control of inventory management software / ERP systems.
2.2 Monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
3. Item Codification System
3.1 Design, implementation, and maintenance of item codification systems for:
a) Construction materials
b) Tools and equipment
c) Machinery and fixed assets
4. Asset Control & Fixed Assets Management
4.1 Asset registration, tagging, and maintenance of the Asset Register.
4.2 Control and tracking of tools, equipment, and machinery movement.
4.3 Fixed asset monitoring and lifecycle management.
5. Stock Taking & Audits
5.1 Conducting periodic inventory counts and asset audits.
5.2 Reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
6. Coordination & Reporting
6.1 Coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Project Teams.
6.2 Preparation of inventory, asset, and reconciliation reports.
6.3 Ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and compliance.
Requirements
:
1.? ?Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or Asset Controller
2.? ?Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP, and automation tools.
3.? ?Hands-on experience in item coding, asset tagging, and physical asset counting
4.? ?Solid understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and machinery
5.? ?High proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
6.? ?Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7.? ?Ability to work independently and set up systems from scratch
8.? ?Experience in the UAE construction industry is a strong advantage
Language Skills
1.? ?English - Professional
2.? ?Arabic or Hindi/Urdu - Advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
