Structure Advanced Building Contracting is a leading construction company in the UAE seeking a proactive and experienced
Site Civil Foreman
to oversee construction activities on
high-rise building projects
. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the UAE construction sector, with strong knowledge of site operations, construction sequences, and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and progress
Monitor all construction phases from excavation to finishing works
Review and interpret
engineering drawings
, shop drawings, and specifications
Coordinate between subcontractors, site workers, and engineers
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations
Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site issues
Monitor material delivery and usage on-site
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the UAE construction industry, specifically in
high-rise buildings
Solid understanding of construction procedures, sequencing, and site activities
Ability to read and interpret
technical and structural drawings
Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and safety protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi / Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
