Construction Senior Associate/legal Director

Job Description
We have been instructed on two exciting front-end construction opportunities in Dubai. Both these firms are well known in the market and work on some of the biggest and most iconic projects in the Middle East.
Both firms act for sponsors/developers, funders, contractors and other project participants and you can expect to be involved in the drafting, negotiation and analysis of construction, operation/FM and ancillary documentation. There is a clear transactional bias to the work, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to involve yourself in the management and organisation of teams of clients, Lawyers and professional advisers.
Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be 7+ PQE and have regional experience but in the absence of regional experience, you should be of sufficient level to be able to hit the ground.
