Collection, analysis and consolidation of technical needs issued by the works, methods and design office teams;
Supplier market consultation: sourcing, calls for tender, analysis of technical and financial offers, contractual negotiations;
Placing orders for materials, equipment, subcontracting services, in compliance with the execution budget;
Monitoring of supplier commitments, delivery times, logistical compliance and coordination with site teams;
Participation in the implementation and updating of supplier references;
Management of supplier disputes, quality deviations, and contractual monitoring;
Active contribution to the purchasing optimization strategy: massification, framework contractualization, supplier audit, purchasing performance indicators.
Job Experience
Proven experience of at least 5 years in purchasing management in the construction sector;
Mastery of the technical specificities of construction materials, site equipment, subcontracting services, standards and execution methods;
Excellent negotiation, cost analysis and contracting skills;
Rigor, responsiveness, sense of service to projects and good resistance to pressure;
* Good command of office tools and purchasing/logistics software (ERP, Excel, etc.).
