The primary objective of the Sales Engineer is to represent the company to clients and potential clients while conducting conceptual sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in steel structural design, particularly within the civil sector, and will demonstrate exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
Independently and objectively verify work produced by other design teams.
Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring effective coordination among design outputs from various disciplines.
Advise senior management on engineering-related matters as required.
Develop and review structural schemes, including comparative analysis of alternatives, and compile concept design reports.
Requirements of the Ideal Candidate:
2-4 years' experience in structural design with a techno-commercial background, or proven experience in metal or construction materials sales within the construction industry.
Demonstrated success in closing deals for high-rise building projects.
Experience in related industries such as building materials or adhesives will also be considered.
Proven ability to present and advocate for designs before clients and secure necessary approvals.
Arabic language proficiency is essential.
