Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Engineer

to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects. The role ensures a safe working environment, adherence to UAE regulations, and implementation of HSE best practices in all civil engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs at project sites Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, environmental regulations, and international safety standards Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff and contractors Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and maintain records for management review Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE practices into planning and execution Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all operations
Qualifications & Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(Compulsory) 4-5 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or civil engineering projects Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections Ability to analyze incidents and implement preventive measures Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
