Construction Projects Manager - Arab National

Location:

Sharjah, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects in line with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion
Prepare and track project schedules, reports, and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

Holder of a valid Sharjah Municipality License

Dubai Engineering License will be an added advantage

Minimum UAE 15 years

of experience

(Mandatory 5 years as Projects Manager

) in the Construction industry
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD files and Microsoft Project
Experience in Primavera and Revit is highly preferred
Excellent project planning, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
