Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and review construction program progress, implementing corrective actions when needed
• Determine resource requirements for upcoming works, including personnel forecasting
• Conduct progress meetings with subcontractors and ensure they have required information and resources
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, employer requirements, and contractor proposals
• Manage assigned areas of responsibility, including deliverables, risks, and progress reporting
• Support operational objectives for the assigned contract or project
• Contribute to planning activities with a timeline of six months to one year
• Operate within agreed management and operational guidelines
• Interact with clients and end-users regarding specific work tasks and deliverables
• Manage and coordinate the work of others to meet deadlines and quality targets
• Deliver work according to defined project milestones while handling tasks ranging from routine to complex
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental procedures in line with AFC standards
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance construction processes
• Schedule material deliveries in accordance with project timelines
• Support commercial functions by monitoring preliminary project costs versus actual spending
• Ensure productivity targets are achieved and material wastage is minimized
• Track, monitor, and report on project progress against agreed programs
