Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, handle delays or issues, and ensure quality control. Ensure full compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and risks to senior management. Lead and mentor site teams to maintain high performance and safety standards. Desired Candidate Profile BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management in the UAE. Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
