Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE, with strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, handle delays or issues, and ensure quality control. Ensure full compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and risks to senior management. Lead and mentor site teams to maintain high performance and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management in the UAE. Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes. Proven experience managing multi-million AED construction projects. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS
