Job Title - Construction Manager
Qualifications - Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and manage all construction activities for the hospital project
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and resource allocation
Review and manage construction contracts, schedules, and reports
Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective measures promptly
Mentor and lead the construction team to maintain productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
Engineering degree in Civil, Construction, or related discipline
Minimum 10+ years of experience in large-scale healthcare or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale sites
