We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires extensive experience in managing the complexities of high-rise developments and a proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise projects.
o Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
o Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
o Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with project goals.
o Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
o Enforce compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets design and contractual requirements.
o Implement and oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
o Manage labor, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
o Monitor and control project costs to prevent overruns.
o Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
o Liaise with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure alignment on project requirements.
o Address and resolve on-site issues in coordination with stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
o Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
o Proactively resolve technical and logistical challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with significant exposure to high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex construction schedules.
