Construction Manager
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:

• Review MEP design and construction drawings to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain MEP work schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with the general contractor, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper MEP integration with other trades.
• Lead a team of MEP supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure effective communication among all team members involved in the MEP installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of MEP installation and ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Address and resolve issues related to MEP system installation or performance.
• Monitor MEP project costs, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with MEP subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
• Proactively identify potential problems and work with the team to develop solutions.
• Address any delays, scope changes, or unforeseen issues, and make necessary adjustments.
