Construction Manager
Job Description
Directly manage the construction activities on-site, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the approved plans and specifications. Possess excellent planning and budgeting skills, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget constraints. Show a strong hold of Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, and Causeway construction techniques and methods. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments within the organization, including survey, engineering, logistics, and other relevant teams, fostering seamless communication and collaboration to optimize project outcomes. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
