Job Description
Job Title: Construction manager Location: Ras Al Khaimah Job Type: Full-time We are hiring for a position of Construction Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a contracting company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget. In addition, the successful candidate must possess a valid driving license and be able to travel to project sites as required. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction plans Manage all on-site activities, including site inspections, quality control, and safety Manage and lead project teams, ensuring that all team members are working together effectively Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a contracting company Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate project teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required Job Type: Full-time Application Deadline: 27/04/2023
