Our client: A leading name in the real estate and construction industry in the Kingdom is looking to hire a Construction Manager to be based in Medina. Your role: A strong leader who will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects. Manage a team of engineers, works staff and subcontractors to deliver the project to the highest quality standard of safety and performance. In addition, you will be managing several interfaces such as architects, engineers, construction workers and sub-contractors. Monitor compliance with statutory regulations, coordinating architectural design, procurement, risk assessments and project progress. Must haves: A degree level in Engineering or equivalent within the real estate and construction industry. 8 years of successful experience in managing real estate projects with at least 3+ years of managerial experience. Excellent organization, communication and leadership skills. Must have a high level of knowledge and understanding of various forms of construction contracts.
