• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for oil and gas projects, including pipeline construction, in accordance with ADNOC standards and project requirements;
• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards;
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with project objectives;
• Monitor progress, performance, and productivity of construction activities, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to keep projects on track;
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards throughout the construction process;
• Review and approve construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and method statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize costs;
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or related field;
• 15+ years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Oil & Gas industry, with specific knowledge of ADNOC standards during pipeline projects;
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, with the ability to interpret and enforce project specifications;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams;
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken).
