- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- The ideal candidate for Construction Manager must have relevant qualifications for this role
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Should have excellent communication skills
- The ideal applicant should have at least seven years of experience within the same field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Good time management skills.
