Construction Manager: Job Responsibility a~ Responsible for overseeing construction engineering, planning, and design for operations for the villa projects. a~ Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment and services required a~ Provide technical direction within engineering design / AutoCAD, building design, layouts, build details, schedules and materials a~ Survey facilities, develop and document procedures to audit the facility, provide evaluations and analysis, and recommend solutions to facility infrastructure, safety and security problems involving facilities and people. a~ Negotiate contracts with vendors and present formal documentation for approval when required a~ Ensure that contracts are fit for purpose, cost-effective and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements a~ Provide overall site management, coordination, planning, specification of business proposals and coordination of subcontractors a~ Thorough understanding of project management issues with an experience of resolving issues internally and externally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS a~ Completed Bachelor's / MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- Extensive experience managing construction projects delivering successful results in terms of meeting safety requirements and achieving the requirements of all baselines.
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
-Minimum 8 years of UAE experience as construction manager a~ Strong knowledge of all aspects of Construction Management. a~ Knowledge of local laws and regulations affecting project operations Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
