Construction Manager - Civil
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Competencies :

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution.
Deep knowledge of civil construction techniques, particularly related to substations.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and ensure continuous progress.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in civil construction.
Proven track record in managing large-scale civil construction projects.
Strong understanding of electrical substation infrastructure and associated civil works.
Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
