We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Helpers to join our team. The Construction Helper will assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradesmen on-site.
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
Mix and pour concrete, and carry materials to designated areas.
Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times.
Perform general labor and housekeeping duties around the site.
Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of construction tools and practices is a plus.
No formal education required, but prior construction experience is an advantage.
