Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, materials, and any obstructions.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and electricians by providing tools, holding materials, and performing basic support tasks.
Follow instructions and carry out assigned duties under the supervision of a foreman or senior worker.
Help with framing, drilling, digging, painting, demolition, and other general construction activities.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely (after receiving proper training).
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas after use.
Keep the site organized, clean, and safe throughout and after daily operations.
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials.
Show a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain awareness of site safety procedures.
