K4 Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Helper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a construction-related role and be able to support our projects with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Help with the loading and unloading of construction materials and tools.
Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
Perform basic tasks such as digging, mixing cement, and securing materials.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.
Requirements:
Fresher / 1 year of experience as a construction helper or in a similar role.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on various tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and priorities.
Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
