Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers on site with daily tasks.
Load, unload, and prepare materials and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
Follow safety instructions and company guidelines.
Perform general labor duties as required by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Helper in construction/facility management preferred.
Willingness to learn and support different site activities.
Physically fit and able to handle manual labor.
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
