We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to assist with various tasks on active construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn from experienced tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Assist with digging trenches, mixing concrete, and basic installations
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and site regulations
- Set up scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,100.00 per month
